Great staff, specifically Andreas made the stay amazing. the facility was nice and clean. the service was great. This was more of a ski out resort than a ski in resort if you know what I mean. but thats what you get when you dont stay at the four seasons

We spent our honeymoon last ski season and had an amazing experience! This year, no help with baggage upon checkin. Had to call to request daily room cleaning. Left something behind and after 2 follow-up calls, still waiting on an actual response. Disappointed!

I recently enjoyed a stay at Tera Hotel. Great experience. Staff, room service, food, cleanliness...fast check in/out. Great location. My son enjoyed complimentary cookies and hot chocolate every day after skiing :) ||Would definitely recommend Tera Hotel.

This was a nice, convenient place to stay. Location is good and the staff is kind and helpful. We had a large 1 bedroom suite that provided enough space for our family. Having 2 bathrooms was so great!!
